Dr Muhammad Rashid Zia, best ent specialist, got several gold and silver medals during medical graduation. He was best graduate in the university. He qualified postgraduate training outstandingly from Pakistan and abroad. He updates his skills annually by hands-on training courses from Europe and North America. Fields of interest are Re-shaping of Nose, Endoscopic Sinus Surgery and Eardrum Grafting/Repair. Prof Zia is pioneer to start and popularize partial Laryngectomy with good voice as well as no Tracheostomy. He is very dynamic in medical education of undergraduates and postgraduates. He wrote research papers and booklets on awareness about ear nose and throat diseases.
